Technical Support Contracts

Receptors can custom suit any technical support contract to your own site requirements. These range from our Standard Telephone Support from 9 to 5, Mon-Fri, through our Modem Assisted Support all the way up to our 24 Hour On-Site Response contract.

General Technical Support queries can be sent to us at support@receptors.co.uk and, depending on the nature of the query, usually receive a next working day turnaround.

Training Courses

Receptors provide the following Training Courses, either at our offices in Great Gaddesden, or on-site (where applicable - see Notes)

Notes

  1. Cost is Per Person
  2. 1/2 Day Courses run from either 9am - 1pm or 1pm - 5pm
  3. Full Day Courses run from 9am - 5pm, and include a Buffet Lunch (if held at Receptors premises)
  4. Courses TC1, TC2 and TC3 can be run at the clients premises or at Receptors premises in Hertfordshire
  5. Courses TC4 and TC5 are run at Receptors premises only
